Packages typically go out UPS or USPS, and you will be given the option for USPS Priority, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day, UPS Next Day and UPS Early AM Next Day at checkout.
For gift cards, we ship via USPS for your convenience.
Most orders ship from the NY Metro area.
Shipping on In-Store Gift Cards:
All orders placed Monday through Thursday 9am-4pm, and Friday 9am-2pm will be processed and shipped out the day of; all orders placed after hours will be processed and shipped out the following business day.
Delivery on Online E-Gift Cards:
All Online E-Gift Cards will be processed electronically and sent via email to the recipient within one business day.
Shipping on Merchandise:
The majority of orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of the original order date. Please allow additional processing time during promotional periods.

For security purposes, packages with merchandise valued at $500 or more are shipped requiring a signature for confirmation of delivery.
Shipping During Free Shipping Promotions:
At times we offer Free Standard Shipping on orders $100 or more. Orders with Free Standard Shipping are sent via USPS or UPS at our discretion based on the weight and total value of the package. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically through the carrier based on the weight and dimensions of your order as well as the distance it is being shipped.

We accept returns within 10 days of the date your order was delivered.
Returns By Mail:
All returns must be received back in our warehouse within 10 days of the delivery date. After 10 days all sales are final. Any returns that are past the 10 day return period will not be accepted by our warehouse and will be returned to sender. Returns must be shipped back with the Return Request form fully completed. For all returns original tickets must be attached.
You can send back the merchandise using the shipping carrier and method of your choice. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking information to ensure that your return package arrives at our facility.

We cannot accept hand-delivered packages or returns at our internet office. All returns you wish to process for a full refund MUST be sent through the mail via the carrier of your choosing.
Returns In Store:
For in-store returns all tags must be attached and a copy of the original order must be present. Online orders can be returned in-store for a store credit or exchanged for other merchandise within 10 days of the delivery date. No refunds will be issued for in-store purchases made online. Store credits can only be used in-store.
In order to serve you efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you place a second order. Send back the merchandise you no longer want and once we receive your return we'll credit your account as long as it's within the above return policy.
