Free Shipping Policy:
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders $100 or more. Orders with Free Standard Shipping are sent via USPS or UPS at our discretion based on the weight and total value of the package. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
Shipping on In-Store Gift Cards:
All orders placed Monday through Thursday 9am-4pm, and Friday 9am-2pm will be processed and shipped out the day of; all orders placed after hours will be processed and shipped out the following business day.
Shipping on Merchandise:
The majority of orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of the original order date. Please allow additional processing time during promotional periods. Due to the Coronavirus outbreak of 2020, there may be times where additional processing time is needed.
For security purposes, packages with merchandise valued at $500 or more are shipped requiring a signature for confirmation of delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically through the carrier based on the weight and dimensions of your order as well as the distance it is being shipped.

We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.
Returns By Mail:
We offer full refunds for all merchandise discounted up to 49% off, once discounted 50% off all sales are final. All returns must be received back in our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days all sales are final. For your safety, all bathings suits and face masks are final sale. Any returns that are past the 14 day return period will not be accepted by our warehouse and will be returned to sender. Returns must be shipped back with the Return Request form fully completed. For all returns original tickets must be attached.
Holiday Gift Return Policy
Any Gifts purchased online between November 1st thru December 24th 2020 will be returnable for a store credit when an original receipt or a gift receipt is presented. These returns must be returned in-store by January 3rd or by mail and be postmarked by January 4th 2021. Any returns postmarked AFTER January 4th will be returned to the sender. Any items discounted 50% off or more are final sale and this holiday policy does not apply.
Customer is Responsible for all Return Shipping Costs. You can send back the merchandise using the shipping carrier and method of your choice. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking information to ensure that your return package arrives at our facility.

We cannot accept hand-delivered packages or returns at our internet office. All returns you wish to process for a full refund MUST be sent through the mail via the carrier of your choosing.

Online orders can be returned in-store for a store credit or exchanged for other merchandise within 30 days of the order date. No refunds will be issued for in-store purchases made online. In order to serve you efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you place a second order.
