Free Shipping Policy
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders $100 or more. Orders with Free Standard Shipping are sent via USPS or UPS at our discretion based on the weight and total value of the package. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery. -
Shipping on In-Store Gift Cards
All orders placed Monday through Thursday 9am-4pm, and Friday 9am-2pm will be processed and shipped out the day of; all orders placed after hours will be processed and shipped out the following business day.

PAYMENT METHODS
Denny's accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Denny's Gift Cards & Store Credits are also accepted at ShopDennys.com.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
