Shipping:

Shipping on In-Store Gift Cards:

All orders placed Monday through Thursday 9am-4pm, and Friday 9am-2pm will be processed and shipped out the day of; all orders placed after hours will be processed and shipped out the following business day.

Shipping on Merchandise:

The majority of orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of the original order date. Please allow additional processing time during promotional periods.

UPS does NOT allow shipping to PO boxes. Please use a different address.

For security purposes, packages with merchandise valued at $500 or more are shipped requiring a signature for confirmation of delivery.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated automatically through the carrier based on the weight and dimensions of your order as well as the distance it is being shipped.

Returns:

 Returns By Mail:

We offer full refunds for all merchandise discounted up to 39% off, E-credits for merchandise discounted 40% to 49% off, any merchandise discounted 50% off or more is final sale.  All Swimwear discounted more than 39% off is final sale.

All returns must be received back in our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days all sales are final. Any returns that are past the 14 day return period will not be accepted by our warehouse and will be returned to sender. Returns must be shipped back with the Return Request Form fully completed. For all returns original tickets must be attached.

For your safety, all bathing suits are final sale.

The merchandise to be returned can be sent back using the shipping carrier and method of your choice. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking information to ensure that your return package arrives at our facility.

We cannot accept hand-delivered packages or returns at our internet office. All returns you wish to process for a full refund MUST be sent through the mail via the carrier of your choosing.

Customers are Responsible for all Return Shipping Costs. You can send back the merchandise using the shipping carrier and method of your choice. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking information to ensure that your return package arrives at our facility.

E credits

E credits will be issued under the terms mentions above.  E credits will be emailed to the email address associated with the order when the return is processed.  E credits can be used online and in-store. 

Holiday Return Policy

Any Holiday Gifts purchased prior to November 1st 2024 will be returnable for same season exchange at equal ticket value through January 3rd 2025.

Any Holiday Gifts purchased November 1st 2024 through December 24th 2024 will be returnable for store credit or exchange through January 3rd 2025 when a gift receipt is present.

Online orders can be returned in-store for a store credit or exchanged for other merchandise within 30 days of the order date. No refunds will be issued for in-store purchases made online. Store credits can be used in-store and online.

To ensure that your gifts are eligible to be returned we suggest emailing orders@shopdennys.com. Please state that it is an inquiry for return eligibility on items received as a gift, please include your order number from the invoice that is enclosed with your gift and the upc of the item or items you would like to return. Once the email is received we will respond to confirm return eligibility. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for response.

In order to receive the online credit via email please fill in the following information and enclose this form in your return. Returns must be shipped back with the Return Request Form fully completed.
