Online Purchases and Returns:
Returns by mail:
For all returns original tickets must be attached.
Returns must be shipped and received back to us within 14 days of the original delivery date. A completed return form must be submitted with return. All returns must be shipped to the following address:

Returns in store:
For in-store returns all tags must be attached and a copy of the order must be present.
Online orders can be returned in-store for a store credit or exchanged for other merchandise within 14 days of date the order was delivered.
No refunds will be issued in-store for purchases made online.
Store credits issued can only be used in-store.
The convenience and satisfaction of our customers is very important to us, which is why we strive to place your orders in a timely fashion.
Shipping on Gift Cards:
All orders placed Monday through Thursday 9am-4pm, and Friday 9am-2pm will be processed and shipped out the day of; all orders placed after hours will be processed and shipped out the following business day.
