☀ How are your shipping charges determined?

We price shipping with a UPS calculator that determines a fair amount based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the distance it has to travel.

 


☀ When does my order ship?

Our team knows you're excited to get your order quickly! All merchandise orders typically ship within 3 business days. Please allow additional processing time during promotional periods. We make every effort to inform you if there is a delay with your order.

Gift card orders (received before 4pm Mon-Thurs and before 2pm on Fridays) will ship out the same day. All orders received after this cutoff ship the following business day.

 



☀ I see a lot of different size ranges and measurements. How do I know which one is for me?

Great question! Since we carry so many brands and have many different departments (and sizes!), we know it can get a bit confusing. While it is difficult to recommend a size over the computer or phone, we can try and explain how the size conversion between brands works. Click here for more details.

☀ When are you open? Are you closed on holidays?

Our offices are open Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm Eastern time.

While we recognize all holidays, we are closed for business on the following days:

New Year's Day - January 1
Independence Day - July 4
Thanksgiving Day - November 23
Christmas Day - December 25

 



☀ What happens if I need to return what I bought?

Not to worry! Its simple to make returns.

If you change your mind, you're welcome to pack it up with the return form (which can be found in your original packaging, or here) and send it on back to us at:
